Menus and Miles Thurs. Nov. 4th
Still packing:
B: 1/2 protein bar 15g
S: protein coffee 20g
S: 2 c popcorn
L: 1/2 can beef barley soup
S: 1/2 protein bar 15g
D: 1/3 order P F Changs almond cashew chilcken 16g
Plan to get back into an exercise routine after the move. Once hubby has left to go back to Wisconsin, I plan to stop at the rec center on the way home from work to exercise. Once I'm home, I can find too many reasons to not go. I think I'm going to do some walking laps in the pool while it's still nice enough outside. Once it gets cold there, I'll go on the the precor or treadmill inside.

I must have missed your other post...are you moving?
