Good variety and I'm glad to see you are getting in at least 2 Protein drinks a day.
What kind of totals are you trying to reach in a day? It's really good to know your average totals for when you get on maintenance.

Not feeling so good last couple of days-back on full regimen of Carafate +Prevacid for ulcer

I still have to take my Prilosec every day or food seems to get stuck and my pouch has a lot of restriction. It might be something that you always have to take.
Are most of your carbs coming from the crackers and oatmeal or does your Protein drinks have carbs too?
