Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz! Working from home today - having to do the prep for surgery tomorrow, so today is all liquids.

B - 2 scoop protein coffee
L - ummm something liquid
D - ummm something else liquid

and probably a McD's SF iced coffee in there somewhere for the drive down to my daughters!!

I bet you are so excited to see your grandbaby!  I wish parents used baby powder like they used to. that was the best smell in the world. 

I hope they can fix your scar so it's not so noticeable.  It will fade after time but that could take years.

My panni scar has healed very well. I wish the rest did. Now I wait another 9 months to see how this one does? Hope it doesn't take that long...

Good Morning! I swear I am not leaving my house today. I do have homework to do, but I am also going to catch up on some "me" stuff like doing my nails and eyebrows, etc. I can't wait for tomorrow, my mom and I are calling today "Coach Eve". Hope everyone has a great day!

Exercise: 75 minutes treadmill, high speed and incline (it said I burned 1000 cal)

I'm on the road again this afternoon. I will be a chaperone for the Miss USA NC pagent which is totally out of character for me but I plan on having fun. Today's menu might change but here goes a stab at it.
