Thus far 844 calories/78g protein
trying to keep calories under 1000 and protein +100g

Hello there everyone! I "met" several of you yesterday and was very warmly welcomed to the Lightweight Board...thank you for that! Just so you know, I would NEVER post what I eat on the VSG board for fear of being flamed. I have always eaten "normal" foods.....whatever I want, whenever I want just in really small amounts and it has worked for me. The only things I keep up with are protein and water. I've never had a stall and at 7.5 months out I am 1 pound from goal. If at anytime this no longer works for me I will definitely change courses but hopefully my little sleevie will continue to keep me in check.
B: Syntrax Nectar Cappucino shake
S: Starbuck's tall Non-fat Toffee Mocha w/ whip
S: Couple of small spoons of Naturally More peanut butter w/ Special Dark Hersheys Cocoa Powder mixed in (looks like baby poop but tastes really yummy!) lol
L: Half of a Smoked Stacker on Jalapeno Cheese Bread from Honeybaked Ham & Deli and a few Classic Lays and a couple of bites of a pickle spear
S: 4oz coffe with cream and sugar
S: The rest of my sandwich from lunch
D: A few bites of a small tossed salad with Ranch and 1 slice of pizza and realistically, 1/2 of a homemade, from scratch, lemon cupcake with buttercream frosting...made by me! (have son's football party tonight at GattiTown)
S: Syntrax Nectar Cappucino shake
Exercise: Realistically, not going to happen tonight due to events going on.
Water: 32 oz down and 32 oz to go
Vitamins: Gotta get 'em in but haven't yet. :(

I basically eat like you do. I really don't count anything except the Protein I get from Drinks. I'm 2 years out and not having any trouble maintaing. I suppose if I had tried a little harder I could have hit the 100 pound mark and got a gold apple, but I'm very happy where I am right now. I really don't think I'd want to be any thinner.
