Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. They are all healthy carbs and I need it with the level of exercise I have been doing. I haven't had the fatigue and soreness since I have upped the healthy carbs.

Those are healthy carbs but it doesn't seem like you have enough of them for the total.  I don't even count healthy carbs at all.  In fact I don't even think about the carbs in them maybe that's why I questioned your total.  I don't even know how many carbs are in fruits and vegetables....LOL

I think I'm about done counting totals too. Fruits and veggies are very high carb, but a lot of it is fiber, so it kind of doesn't count.

S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  2.2 ozs pork roast, 1/4 cup butternut squash, 1/4 cup green beans
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Cheeseburger  Crumbled(no bread), califlower w/ cheese
S:  Greek Yogurt, 1 tbls white chocolate sf/ff pudding mix, 4 tbls lite cool whip
Totals:
Calories 990, carbs 53, fat 30, protein 132
Vitamins:  Done
Water:  100 ozs

Linda - do you get enough calories? I know dinner and snack aren't included, but you seem low to me...

By the time my day is finished I will be between 900 and 1100.  Isn't that about right while I'm still trying to drop a few more pounds?
