I've been cut vertically 4 times with 3 C-sections and then the hysterectomy.  My scar being puckered up is the reason my insurance won't pay.  It pulls up in the middle like an upside heart so that keeps the center from hanging as much as I need it to for them to pay. If I get it done I'm hoping they can make it look nicer than it does now.  When I was heavy it didn't look so bad but now the scar added to the extra skin is awful.  I know TMI...LOL

S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (20g)

L - protein shake (30g)
S - NutThins crackers, wedge of soft cheese and peanuts
D - 3/4 leftover porcupine meatball

morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
bedtime batch: pending

MILES:
2- 15 minute walks and 20 push-ups (5,721 steps)

I don't know if I missed your answer or you didn't see my question.  What flavor nutthins do you buy that taste good with the soft cheese?

I like pecan flavored NutThins. They don't taste like pecans but they have a little more flavor than almond.
