Hi Roz! I'm working from home Thurs and have Friday off. Going in for a scar revision to my TT... only a 30 min procedure.

Roz - the scale said 122.5 this morning! I was SO happy - I really thought I'd never see that number again!! Lets see how long it sticks around. I've basically cut out my snacking, and sometimes dinner. I'm eating only when I'm hungry now and not by the clock. Since I'm decarbed - it definitely helps.  AND I can tell by how my clothes are fitting...

b - 2 protein coffees
L - greek yogurt cheesecake and fruit salad
D - hamburg patty

Vits: yes
Water: yes
Miles: dancing?

Well then - that's worth the trip!!  Have fun cuddling.  Enjoy it while you can still hold her still.  I can't hardly get mine to sit still in my lap anymore.  They are sooo much fun to watch as they grown into little people.

Jody, do you have a big scar?  I've been thinking about going for a second opinion on my tummy.  When I stand up, I don't have a problem, but since I'm so short when I sit down I honestly think I'm having trouble breathing because there is so much extra skin.

The scar that needs the revision is the vertical one. I would recommend seeing if you can get away with just the panniculectomy without the vertical incision and tummy muscle tightening. The scar for the panni portion has healed beautifully and is hidden under my bikini underwear. I'm kinda wishing I hadn't done the vertical, even though my tummy is awesomely flat and I'm happy with the results, except for the scar.

I hope after the revision heals it will look as good as the panni scar.
