OT: Moving to AZ

I am so excited.  We bought a house in AZ this spring and I have been trying to transfer since then.  Well,  my transfer has come through.  I will be starting 11/22.  My DH is going to drive with me and we're taking a small trailer with some of my stuff.  He will be staying behind to sell the house and some land we own before joining me.

I've been lurking on the AZ board and am sure I can find a support group close to home.  I am looking forward to getting settled.  We have friends in the community where I am moving, so I should keep pretty busy while waiting for my DH to join me.

Congratulations Lin! I'm glad you're able to get out there before you retire. I know you wanted to transfer this spring.

I'm moving from Milwaukee.  We also have land to sell outside of Wisconsin Dells.
