l: chicken artichoke soup and 1/2 turkey sandwich
s: nothing
d: going out for thai, probably pad see ew or maybe curry

Another morning at curves. The scale continues to drop a time or two or three a week. Seems amazing to me.

Been out of touch for many reasons.. but find I really miss this group and the daily updates, so I'm going to try to get this in each day again!
Today's plan:
B: oatmeal with 1/8c dried cranberries (10g)
L: diced baked chicken, 1/3 c green beans, 6 cherry tomatos (25g)
S: cottage cheese with mandarin orange slices (15g)
D: pork chop, broiled, broiled sweet potatoe disks, green beans (25g)
S: choc. protein shake (30g)
Protein target: 105g
vitamins - on track
water - behind and feeling it... must bring this up!

Well, you startled me. I haven't seen a pissed off face with you posts before :) Hope your food gets to you soon. I thought I would tell you how much I look forward to your daily posts. I'm having RNY next Tuesday and these posts let me know that I will be eating good food. I'm presently on the preop liquid diet and have gotten rid of 3 of my 4 diabetes meds and dropped ten pounds, so that's exciting. I'm sure glad you guys are here.
