Hi Roz! Scale has dropped back to 123 - YEA! Not sure if it will stay there, especially with sushi in my menu (lots of sodium). I was hovering at the 127-128 spot for a long time. I can tell with how my clothes fit too.

Hey Roz and Lightweights! I have been sooo busy the past few days. At least I'm getting things done. Been doing good on the menus, went out Saturday night for our anniversary, was up 2 pounds, but they are gone now. Here's today's menu:
B: 2 protein coffees
S: protein coffee
L: Swai filet, 1C cucumber
S: Carbmaster yogurt, apple
D: Turkey burger/no bun
S: skinny cow ice cream sandwich, wheat thins, cheese
S: protein decaf
Cal: 1230, Fat: 28, Carb: 99, Prot: 147
Water: 72oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 70minute treadmill, usual floor exercises
I'll probably walk on the treadmill during Biggest Loser tonight
