Down 2 pounds!
You are not being a pain! I enjoy chatting about what works! This is my opinion.......you need to up your calories. Many people on this site may not agree but I think if you don't eat enough you are not going to lose weight and you are messing with your metabolism. I am trying to eat 1200 plus the amount I earn from exercise so if I get 200 from walking on the treadmill I try to eat 1400. That is not very high and I think the key also is the % of protein. I am trying to get 40% protein which is 140 grams for me, way more than I was doing before. Please let me know if this works for you, I have just been trying it a week but I like it so far and my weight is staying down.

I do the 40-30-30 plan too. I love it...it gives me just the right amount of carbs for the weight to come off and still have energy. I use sparkpeople to log my food and if I miss logging for a few days, I hit a plateau. I will need to log my food for life but I enjoy it now. Seeing everything in print and looking at how far I have come is a huge motivator.
