Down 2 pounds!
Congrats Sandi! Two pounds is huge at your weight. Way to go!! YAY on the new outfits. You must be thrilled to be in 8's!!
After using fitday, sparkpeople, dailyplate and so many others, I switched to Myfitnesspal . com back in January and love it. I love the stored information, percentages etc.
What do you have your goal percentages set at for calories, carbs, protein and fat? Just curious. :)

Thank you Lee! Yes, I have to remember 2 pounds is huge, I don't see the big drops anymore! I remember when I lost 1 pound a day! I used daily plate for a long time but think I am really going to like this Myfitnesspal.com. I have a friend who helped me with the %'s. She had RNY 1-1/2 years before me. I put 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs. I know these are not the %'s many people on OH follow.

Go to My Account at the top of the page next to the Search Space.
Then go into Message Board (I think that's what it says) and from there you can edit your Signature Line.
Opps, didn't see the weight question. I think that you can go into Health Tracker on your profile page. It's at the top near your username and avatar. From there you can update your weight. I use a different weight tracker but try to keep that one updated as well.

HI Sandi,
Sorry to be such a pain in the arse. I'm asking so many questions because I'm trying to figure out this darn slow weight loss. I have been keeping my calories to 800-850 and barely losing. Recently I have noticed that when I eat more, like some movie popcorn or just a little more food in a day, that's when I drop a little weight. I always thought that more calories would make me gain, not lose.
I have myfitnesspal set to 800 calories a day and this week tried your percentages. Now I'm wondering if I should be upping my calories. After exercising myfitnesspal says I should be eating closer to 1200 a day but I don't eat my exercise calories and try to stick to the 800 which sometimes leaves me hungry. I know that others on here stick to under 800 or even closer to 600 while losing and I have always followed them but it's just not working for me, even with tons of exercise.
If you set your calories to 1200, then exercise and it gives you 1400 for the day, are you eating the 1200 or 1400?
Ok, feel free to tell me to go bug someone else anytime. I'm just so curious because we're only a month apart in our surgery dates, and also because I appreciate your input! :)
