Down 2 pounds!
I tried a new food tracking tool which acutally adds up my protein, carbs and fat grams not just percents. It really helps me to know if what I have planned to eat fits into the %'s I have chosen for myself to keep losing. I am also being very dedicated about going to the gym to do cardio and strength training. I still have a tummy pooch don't know what to do other than what I am already doing. Today my weight is down 2 pounds, YEAH! I fit into a size 8 pants now, can't believe it, pretty exciting stuff. I went and bought 2 new work-out outfits to celebrate.
