Good Morning. The morning after....
Ha!! No candy left! We only bought 4 bags and gave almost all of it away. I had 2 KitKats and DH had...I lost count, but some. Anyway, Halloween is OVER and you can now throw out all the nasty candy. It really is ok to throw away the leftovers. Don't feel guilty, you're helping the economy by throwing it out now and buying new next year. Don't send it to your husban'd work. They don't need the crap either. Just throw the **** out. It will be ok, honest.

We managed to get through the holiday without any candy. No Trick-or-Treating in my neighborhood. There is a big party instead. I've been to afraid to try candy. I'm afraid it will make me dump. I'm afraid it won't make me dump. Either way...we did just fine. Can't say what DH has been eating at work, but I'm pretty proud of myself.
We are LOADED with candy, I have too many left over full bars and each boy has a massive bag full... I will end up sending it to work with the hubby because he works with the Navy Seals and they can work it off easily. I can honestly say I did not eat any regular candy, but I did buy some diabetic chocolate and had only one piece of that. I am proud of myself, now to hide the candy and try to kill the temptation.
No candy here...didn't buy any so nothing left. The boy is a teen and he did not go out last night either. My one weakness would have been Smarties...but I am confident that I would have been able to resist. Too afraid to dump and even if I did not dump on it...I would be too afraid to eat more than 1 roll. But...good thing didn't have any on hand. right?

No candy here. Wasn't home for the trick-or-treaters - another party! My sugar of choice was wine... now I've got to recover. Getting too old for this frequent partying! Now Halloween and its parties are over, it should settle down.
But - I've made good food choices during the pot luck - even made sure I ate solid protein before I went just in case there wasn't anything I could eat
I took an appetizer from Eggfaces' page. Was a hit and was gone - hehe, no one knew it was WLS friendly! It was the Pizza Bites...

this year i told dh no candy so we bought cases of halloween cheese curls and pretzels we have 4 bags left and thats it. but then fri night we went to see a movie and i had a few of the junior mints lolol i wish i was as confident as lee is im getting down and dirty now

I am glad to be back at work today because I do much better in my work environment. Don't know what I'm going to do when I retire-guess I'll have to stay busy.
It will be gone when I get home this afternoon.
I did manage to lose 5 1/2 pounds in October!! I think increasing my calories a little and really watching my carbs helped alot. It is probably that Greek Yogurt treat at night instead of the other treats I was having before.
