Woke up out of a sound sleep KIDNEY STONE!
Go to the ER asap!
20 months ago I had a kidney stone and ended up airlifted to a hospital in downtown Seattle, in a coma for 2 weeks in ICU with septic shock. When I came out, the day after Christmas, i had to learn how to do all my large and small motor skills all over again.
Please get to the ER.
I'm still recovering. While i've gained my motor skills back, i still have problems with balance and stairs. i now suffer from Vertigo (Meniere's Disease), and I have kidney issues and still see my nephrologist, in fact I will see hom on Wednesday.
I'd never had a kidney stone before, and hope to never have another one.

Never had one but we have had a rash of them around here of late. I understand there is nothing more painful. Please seek help soon. So sorry you are having to deal with this.

Holy Moly, I'm so sorry D~
While I've never had one, my son used to get them when he was playing soccer and training all day long. He still has occasional problems. For him the answer was always that he was dehydrated and needed more fluids.
Maybe the ER can give you a fluid drip to get you ultra hydrated? Please let us know how you're doing and we'll all swing a few lizards for you. I hate that you're in so much pain!
