Challenging myself to be in the 160's by Thanksgiving and at 160 by Christmas!! Reading the LW forum has inspired me. Thanks to all!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Welcome! Looks like we have some things in common.........I am a nurse also, am 5'7", our surgery dates are close and we are both close to goal! My goal is to be down 100# by January 1st. As of today I have lost 82#. I may change my goal to 90# if I think I look ok at 148 but I think I want to be lower. I love your Avatar.
