It's Monday...here we go again. I'm hoping this is going to be a an awesome week.

S-apple
L-tuna salad w/celery and s/f relish and 2 lettuce leaves, 3 strawberries w/Walden Farms chocolate dip 15g
S-frozen protein shake 30g
D-chicken chile w/ff cheddar 25g (I forgot to say with BEANS. I think I've died and gone to Heaven)

I am scarily LOW on protein powder.  I placed an order last week and I'm praying it comes today or tomorrow.  I have some to get me by, but it's just not my favorite.  You know how that is.

Where do you order yours from?  I've been getting mine from Netrition and they are so fast and the shipping is only $4.95 total.   I always buy my chocolate and cookies n creme locally so I never run out completely.

Well, I still seem to be having a carb problem. At least it was a whole grain carb (Triscuits). I'd also like for the calories to be a bit lower on a non-running day.
