I ate 1/2 a blueberry bagel at work this morning and my DSr gut is NOT happy with me. [sigh]


MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)

B - 2 protein coffees (30g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (20g)
S - 1/2 blueberry bagel
L - protein shake (30g)
S - NutThins crackers, wedge of soft cheese and peanuts
D - porcupine meat ball w/mushroom soup gravy
S -

iron: done
evening batch: starting
bedtime batch: pending

MILES:
4 - 15 minute walks (8,277 steps)

Everytime I go to the grocery store I am so tempted to buy whole wheat bagels.   Then I remember how heavy they are on my tummy and I change my mind.  I'm also a little scared I'll enjoy them and get hooked. 

What flavor NutThins do you buy that tastes good with the soft cheese?

 That poor porcupine !    ( geez what does porcupine taste like  ?)   how do U SHELL it without getting the quills in Ur hands    ?   Is it that much better than beef  n pork   ?  

Just asking ....  please  dont think im judgmental.... i just always thought hedgehogs were Cute  ....

Really great weekend but back to the grind now.  Went to curves this morning and weighed in and meausred.  I've lost 12 inches this month, mostly waist, abodmen and hips where I seemed to not be losing as fast before.  Yahoo.
