WOW...what a busy long weekend.  I am so glad to be back at work and back to the LW Board. 

Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz! The weekend went WAY to quickly - I need a REAL vacation...
Oh - and I'm down to 123! Let's see if it stays there. I know I'm a bit dehydrated, so that's probably why. I can tell a difference in my clothes fitting too.

Happy Monday!  Roz, I saw what you mentioned about the protein and I am not too worried since most of it is from drinks...once the Nut saw that I don't think she was too worried either.  BUT, I do think they are right about needing some strength training... I feel like my muscles could use it!

I'm glad you aren't cutting out your Protein drinks.  I think you have really good menus.  They seem really healthy. 

I  think Strength Training is a good idea.  Just start slow.

Good morning Roz and LW's.

Traveling this morning. I drank my protein coffee on the way to the airport. I brought an empty coffee travel mug and they let that through so I am going to refill before boarding. The flight is only an hour ten minutes so no biggie. I brought a protein bar and suspect I will have that for morning snack. So here's the best plan I can come up with today......

B - protein coffee (24g & 120 cal)
S - Pure protein bar (20g & 180 cal)
L - some kind of salad I think
S - Pure protein bar (20g & 180 cal)
D - ?? Not sure until I am back at hotel

Protein - 68g w/o lunch & dinner (goal 100)
Calories - 480 w/o lunch & dinner (goal 1000)

Vits - morning batch done and on track.
Water - will start later (96oz goal)
Miles - 45 min high intensity elliptical

Sounds like a Great Plan!!!  Traveling is hard unless you are willing to be a little inconvenienced by packing your protein and cup. The stewardesses are always very nice about giving me water and ice. 

When we went to Disney I packed all my protein in zip lock bags and put them in my carry on. My Physician gave me a written note just in case I was stopped and there was a problem.  They did check my luggage and I had a group of security guards asking me where I bought the Lemon tea and Cherry.  They said they smelled the Chocolate as soon as they opened my bag.  It was quite funny.
