Oh - and I'm down to 123! Let's see if it stays there. I know I'm a bit dehydrated, so that's probably why. I can tell a difference in my clothes fitting too.

Traveling this morning. I drank my protein coffee on the way to the airport. I brought an empty coffee travel mug and they let that through so I am going to refill before boarding. The flight is only an hour ten minutes so no biggie. I brought a protein bar and suspect I will have that for morning snack. So here's the best plan I can come up with today......
B - protein coffee (24g & 120 cal)
S - Pure protein bar (20g & 180 cal)
L - some kind of salad I think
S - Pure protein bar (20g & 180 cal)
D - ?? Not sure until I am back at hotel
Protein - 68g w/o lunch & dinner (goal 100)
Calories - 480 w/o lunch & dinner (goal 1000)
Vits - morning batch done and on track.
Water - will start later (96oz goal)
Miles - 45 min high intensity elliptical

When we went to Disney I packed all my protein in zip lock bags and put them in my carry on. My Physician gave me a written note just in case I was stopped and there was a problem. They did check my luggage and I had a group of security guards asking me where I bought the Lemon tea and Cherry. They said they smelled the Chocolate as soon as they opened my bag. It was quite funny.
