Hello fellow lightweights!  I've been gone so long that some of you may not even know me ...yikes!

Lets see...I'll break down the update into categories to make it easier to skip what you want ;)

Weght:  I am maintaining within 5 pounds of my goal weight and I'm ok with that because my pants still fit just fine.

Health:  For the most part I feel really good.  I'm having issues with extreme fatigue mostly because of a very low Ferrtin level but otherwise I would say I'm great.  Trying really hard to get my iron stores back up.  I just had blood drawn Friday to recheck my level but judging by the way I'm feeling I'm going to guess it hasn't come up significantly.

Food issues:  It doesn't seem to matter what I eat...I feel ****ty after I eat and need to lay down.  Time to go back to basics and make sure I'm doing protein first and cut back on some carbs I think.

Exercise:  Really quite down on myself because I haven't had the energy to do any exercise in quite a while.  I keep waiting for the extra iron to "kick in" but I guess I'm just going to have to push through it and drag my sorry arse to the gym even with no energy.

Family:  Everyone is great.  DD just turned 9 and I'm so proud of the wonderful young lady that she has become.  DH and DD have not been traveling lately because he's had some good projects close to home so that's been nice for us all.

Work:  Eh...it's work.  I'm very fortunate to have the position I do and I'm not gonna knock it!

Play:  Planning a vacation next month - yay!

I guess that's it for my update.  Nothing to earth-shattering but wanted everyone to know I'm still alive and kicking!

Happy Halloween!

Bekah

Talk to me about this iron issue. You're on how many Proferrin and Tender iron a day?

Dang! That should be enough. One more Proferrin won't hurt though.

Hi Bekah! Glad to see you.

I was just thinking about you - I tripped upon that pic that was taken of the group of us when I was out in your area last year.

Sorry to hear about your iron - mine is low too and I KNOW I need to do something about it.... I'm trying..

Hey Bekah-

Good to see you.  Been thinking about you lately.  I love the direction you have taken Express Metabolics.  I think the Healthy U is a great idea.  There is definitely a need for something like this out there.

Glad to hear everyone is well.  Don't push yourself too hard.  It will all be there tomorrow.

Don't be a stranger.

Thanks Julie!  I'm trying not to put too much on my plate but I have a hard time saying "no" to anyone.  I'm learning though!
