You can do this.  I've been losing 3-4 pounds a month, but set my goal at 14 pounds by new years.  Heck, why not?  :)    Challenging ourselves is about having fun and setting the bar high so that we can stretch and reach for it.  It would be the most fabulous birthday gift for your 60th!!

Don't take that candy home!  It's like a set up for a ride on the Titanic! :)

How's it going peeps?

I did great through the Halloween weekend, then at 3 of those 1 bite size mini candybars.  Dang co-workers!!  No more for me.  Scale went up 2 ounces.  Wrong way!!

I'm trying to get in more walking but it seems to flare up my back injury from October.  I've been getting in 45 fast minutes at work and more on the weekend but then I'm feeling it.

I'm off to the chiropractor for an 8am appointment.

Any success or challenges this week that have come up for you?
