My menu has been back to basics and the scale has moved again. I am 131.2......nice! I would like to hit 125 then maintain. I really don't think any lower than that will be good looking on me.
S - pumpkin spice protien coffee (24g & 120 cal)

Our Trick or Treat was last night. We only had our two granddaughters. We live outside of town and no one ever comes to our house. I bought candy for our kids to take home with them and one of them left theirs so it is here . I haven't had any yet today!!

The trainer brought my little pony home and I have had lessons for yesterday and today. The pony has improved greatly since being with the trainer and I had a blast. It was so good to get back to driving.

Today's been a wash out as far as eating. I haven't eaten any halloween candy because I didn't buy any, but I was at the grocery store and bought these dang Meyer lemon zest cookies. I don't even like lemon. They were at the deli and DH loves lemon. Each cookie only has 18 calories so I thought what the heck, he's been so good and if he needs a little treat he could eat one or two. That's what he did, he ate one or two. Now me on the other hand I've probably eaten a dozen since yesterday. Ughhhhhh. No more!!!!! I haven't even had a protein shake today!! Bad, bad girl!!!!
I did make Shannon's Fried Rice with the cauliflower for dinner. It was a bit of work, grating the cauliflower, but I think if I'd had a ricer it would've been pretty easy. DH and I both thought it was pretty good. But now I'm gonna have to chug down the water to flush out all of the sodium.

Again I just want to say thank you for keep up the M&M. I feel really good about posting even when I have a bad day. No more guilt to keep me from posting because I realize it's all a part of the process.
