Hey Toni!
If it is not hindering your weight loss, then I dont see a problem. Preop, I know I had great success with atkins, which was high fat and moderate protein and low carb. It actually improved my cholesterol numbers.
I saw your recent pics, and you are one hot mamma! So I think you must be doing well!!!!

But for me, cheese does tend to bind me up! So I always had 4 oz or less a day.
I do like to use the light cheese, but cant stand the fat free stuff, yuck!

I can't do the fat free either but the light is perfectly acceptable.  I eat some every day and haven't seem to get any bad results.  It is easy on the tummy.  I would think maybe just changing to low fat when you can.  I can't find everything low fat here but get the cheeses I can that way.

I think for the amount that we eat the fat in the cheese does no damage at all.

Hey Toni, Say you are looking great and what a lovely smile as well! I seriously doubt your done with losing weight and you probably don't take in enough fats to make a difference but what I have seen and read is that your body will slow down weight loss in defense of total starvation. Your weight loss so far has been awesome and there is more to go as well, your sleeve can be less forgiving but with attention it's a very fine surgery. Just hang in there I know you will be fine....as for me, thanks for all those wonderful things you said I am near goal but I look at me now and really think I might not need to lose any more. I see my doc in a week or so for my 6mo check up with labs. Take Care Kid your awesome!
