Is enough, ever enough?
Yes - I want to lose more. I'm sitting at my goal weight and a lb on either side. I have had the "bounce back and redistribution" issues already arise. The bounce back I'm trying to take control of. The redistribution I really had no control over, but I'm not unhappy with the changes either.
Yes - I want to see 120 on that scale. I see ladies on this board that are the same height as me getting into the 1teens. Is that for me? I don't know, but I also know that when I was lower (122) range I looked haggard (but the redistribution took care of most of that).
I'm very happy where I'm at. I'm a size 4. I too wanted to keep trying to get into the smallest size I could, but have now accepted that a 4 I will be... which is ok with me!

Veteran here...
I went through all the same questions you are asking. I really don't weigh very often anymore. I go by how my pants fit. I'm 4' 10 1/2" tall and my surgeon's goal for me was 125. I hit that no problem but always intended to go lower. Originally I wanted 115, then 110, then 105, then 100...
When I hit 97 pounds I looked in the mirror and was not happy with what I saw. I was definitely too thin. Still in a healthy BMI (according to the charts I could go as low as 92) but didn't look healthy. I gained back up to 103 where I stayed for a long time and I've been at 108 for about the past year now. VERY happy with my size.
The numbers on the scale will forever play with your mind. In my head I would like to see the 100-103 again just because I like the way it sounds. But the reality is that I'm 108, still in a pant size 00 and I like what I see in the mirror.
The difference is that in time, you don't obssess as much over the numbers on the scale but we are always our own worst critics and will always want just a few more pounds. But time does definitely help reduce the anxiety about what the scale says!
