Busy day....my daughter has a horse show later today so I'll be "grazing" at the big snack/lunch spread we all bring. I'm bring some high protein choices (deviled eggs, almonds, ham & cheese roll-ups) so I'll have no choice but to stay on track! Starting off my day with a big protein shake and 1/2 banana. Dinner will be take out margherita pizza from a local pizzeria....YUM!!!
Trick or treating is tonight in our neighborhood and I have the candy ready to go....proudly, I haven't touched a piece (still a newbie and haven't ventured into the world of refined sugar yet!)
Our town dentist has a "candy buy-back" program....he pays the kids a dollar a pound for their candy and then sends it to the troops. All our extra candy will go there and it will be out of the house!!

Last night I did ww spagitti and homemade sauce. It was good and sat fine, but I realized, it was the sauce, meat and veggies, I wanted so I saved me some sauce and will be enjoying that for a few days, no noodles.

I woke up this morning not feeling great, sinus headache or something. But I wanted to start my MM post and I will come back to it later. I was so busy Thursday that I didn't get to post thurs. menu until yesterday and haven't posted fri yet.
I think DH and I are going to go out driving and take some pics of what is left of the fall foliage. I'll try to post some later.
Update: we made it back from our adventure and I actually can post miles to my menus and miles today!!! Woot!! We climbed a 100ft lookout tower. I actually climbed it twice because I was trying to take video and it didn't work the first time. I'll try to post some pics tomorrow.

DGD's came and we had trick or treat this afternoon. By accident they both ended up being Minnie Mouse! DGD#1 spent Friday night with us.
