Another Goal for Shannon - 100 Pounds!!!
I didn't mean it that way lol. I watch my calories very carefully, and estimate what I burn working out. I go to many online calculators, keep track of my body fat/etimated muscle mass, etc. through my trainer to better calculate. It's a little strange though, because it seems like on days when I eat something extra like dessert after dinner, that's when I lose. My body is odd.
I did not mean to sound like I thought you were being frivolous, or happenchance or something!! I *know* you have worked at it hard!
The one I use is dietpower.com and it really helps me out a lot! Helps to have someone else do the math! Yaay for me not doing the math! I am all about not doing the math, if I dunna hafta!

Way to go Shannon! You are such an inspiration to me and to others on the LW board. Someday soon I hope to hit my goal. thanks for all your posting.it has really helped me to hear day to day struggles and then the reward that comes along with them...I am so proud of you! Brenda
