I am "officially" in maintenance now, per my surgeon & Nut I saw for my year appt yesterday!  I am happy with that, I am a size 8-10 at 5'8" I am very comfortable there.  The only thing they would like me to do is a little more weight training to build and maintain muscle.  Oh, and they actually said they thought I was getting a little too much protein to cut it down some, or bump up my exercise more to accommodate..

Congrats!!!!     The only Protein I count is from my Protein Drinks and the rest is just food so I really don't think the 50g a day you are getting in your coffee/cocoa is too much.....BUT only you can decide that.

Experiment and see what happens but keep in mind that your honeymoon period is going to be over in 6 months or so and your body is going to start absorbing more of the food you eat.
