Fitness Challenge - October 28
Wow...this week has flown by! I'll tell you that since going back to the gym my body is trying to fight back...lol I have been so tired in the mornings, sleep very well at night, and the scale jumped up 2 lbs. Could be due to TOM but hey, I feel much better anyways working out. So there body...take that!!!
Today, going for another cardio session on elliptical. I will probably bump up the intensity today since only going moderate yesterday. Keep on intervals. Yesterday burned 300 calories. Whoo hoo....food intake was 1300 so I netted 1000 calories. Not too bad...
What about you guys today? What is the plan?

No exercise plans tonight. Didn't go dancing last night, but found another way to burn a few calories

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I hate TOM, I'm on right now too and the scale is up a pound.
DH got me some Biofreeze last night, so I numbed myself this morning and worked out like a mad woman. (Probably not the best thing to do, but I hate when the scale is up)
60 minute treadmill (a little lower incline than usual, same speed)
200 crunches
30 push-ups
2 1 minute planks
lunges
squats

Today Shelby and I didn't run because my mom wanted to walk her. So mom took her for a walk, and then I met them at the Washington Square Park doggie run. Shelby hasn't been there for a while, so she was really happy to go.
I haven't run outside in NYC without her - ever! It was weird. Mom's back down in DC now, so I won't have to do that again tomorrow. Phew!
