Blackberry help maybe?

Ok, so I cannot for the life of me figure out how to post a pic! I was going to pick any random shot on my son's existing computer files (I use his laptop) It keeps saying the size is wrong! And, I have some better ones within my blackberry.... Does anyone know how to talk me through it? I seriously am hitting a wall here! TIA...

Need to download the picture to your PC. You can also email the picture to yourself, Yes you can do this without having email access. When you get to the pic and it says send, you can send to email address and it can be yours. As far as the size you can go to www.picresize.com and resize the picture to fit correctly.

I tried for an hour and a half! I just cannot catch on! Will have to get my daughter to help me when she comes home to visit... So frustrating!!!!!!
