I was sitting on the floor this morning sorting socks and it was PAINFUL!
Apparently the "fluff" is starting to disappear from my tushie.
I broke my tail bone in 2002 and this is a major wake up, it really hurts bad, I kinda miss the padding.
Now, I guess I need to invest in a mat of some sort for protection..... Oh Well.

Oh yes, that will happen. Your tailbone grows to support the extra weight on your body - but unfortunately when you lose that weight, the tailbone is still there.

I too had a lot of problems/issues with my tailbone. I have cushions in the car and house for hard surfaces.

But lately, with the redistribution of my left-over fat, it hasn't been much of an issue lately - and that I'm VERY happy about!!

You have been through tail bone pain so you know how bad it can be.  After suffering for over a year when I was younger after losing weight I was so careful this time.  I don't sit back on my tailbone very often. Sitting up straighter helps with posture to.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

I uynderstand.  The other night I decided to take a bath instead of shower.  I used to stay in the tub for an hour, until the water got cold.  But now, I have seat bones and a tailbone.  Wow, what a difference.
