catered salad from yesterdays job ( squash salad , tabboulleh , humus on baby greens yum with roasted peppers )

weird breakfast but hitthe spot ( i hate to pooch my tummy out with salad when im working in front of the camera so i take it home )

lunch ( another catered salad tarted up for two - chili chicken salad with thai noodle peanut dressing - i added fat free vegan " chicken " strips, strir "fried" with spicy mushroom soy sauce and sechuan sauce and2 cups of sliced mushrooms ,one anda half cups of asparagus beans and one cup of scallions , added in noodles and cut up chicken and split into two portions ( and took a chitosan first ) . I got t eat ALL the lettuce with lime

beautiful day here in NY so i put on my little hot alice n olivia pleated sleeveless sequined minidress , some flat ostrich cowboy boots ( I havent been able to wear flats in at least ten years - they make me feel so young n skinny lol ! ) and a vena cava fake fur vest on top with a messenger bag and went looking for trouble .... heres a pic hope U can see it ...

then for dinner I found a Grrlfriend and we had 2 apple martinis each at a sidewalk cafe and split an order of french fries while warding off the guys ( that was a LOT of calorie burning exercise Lol) !! it was fun and a nice night out ....

oh and somehere alongthe way i had a couple of organic chicken breast n fat free cheese rollup snax - right before I went out I think ;)

I'm playing catch up here.  We had parent/teacher conferences yesterday so I never got time to post.  I got to work at 6:15 am and didn't leave until 8:15 pm.  I don't exactly remember in what order I ate what I ate, so here's a summary:

3 protein coffees 90g
1 frozen protein shake 30g
1/2 c chili (no beans) w/ ff cheddar, 2 crunchy breadsticks 25g
1 apple
1 orange
pork tenderloin, green beans, salad (mixed greens, gorgonzola, dried cranberries & walnuts) 25g

The salad was definitely a splurge, but it was amazing!!!!  No regrets, right!!!!!!!!

Now time to figure out today!!!
