Good Morning!!!  Sorry I was MIA yesterday and haven't read your posts.  I only worked a 1/2 day because DH and I had something to do.  Tomorrow my DH and I are taking a short road trip to see  PA Elk country (Hopefully we see some!!!!!) so I won't be checking in until later in the evening.  Have a GREAT Halloween Weekend!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

We are hoping the leaves are still beautiful and haven't all fallen off of the trees.

Good Menu!  If you can add on one more Protein drink your totals would be Awesome!!

Yes, you were good!!!!      I'm scared of donuts because of the grease, but if it was a cup cake I'd have a terrible time just licking the icing off of the batman....LOL

Grease doesn't bother me too much anymore... still scared of the sugar.

I didn't update my menu yesterday, but dinner was 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza, a breadstick and 2 beers... Oh well... scale was still at 124.5... I'm going to be good tonight!
