I was good today - turned down a donut, but did take the batman ring out of one and licked the frosting off - wasn't much..

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I didn't update my menu yesterday, but dinner was 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza, a breadstick and 2 beers... Oh well... scale was still at 124.5... I'm going to be good tonight!
