Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Today there is a chili cook off in the building. I figure that is safe today. I'll bring back up food just in case though.

S - 1/2 apple & cheese stick (8g & 60 cal)

Water: will do better today than yesterday after coffee!! (96oz minimum)

Yesterday was crazy at work, but had 3 shakes and got in over 70g protein! Glad to be home today! Need to get a plan dinner today.

It is so good to be home, back at work and on my schedule. We are having our fall festival at church tonight and I am working a game so supper is going to be late again.
Here's todays plan:

L: 3 oz hamburger patty, slice of onion, 1/2 cup green beans
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: ??Hamburger patty, green beans or if too late may have greek yogurt w/ sf/ff pudding & nsa Cherry pie filling
Totals including afternoon snack:
Calories: 531, carbs 14, fat 10, protein 94
Vitamins: Morning done
Water: 60 ozs so far
Miles: None - I'm still sore from Monday & Tuesday!!
