Good Morning!!!!!!  I hope everyone survived the storms yesterday.  Every evening when I watch the news I wonder if any of you are effected.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good morning Roz and LW's!!  Boy and I exhausted. I think about my crazy day ahead at work as I sit here in bed and type and I don't wanna get out of bed...lol But gotta go do it, right? AND I absolutely  my job!! I cannot find anything wrong with it and its been well over 6 months since I moved on over....so....love it!!

Today there is a chili cook off in the building. I figure that is safe today. I'll bring back up food just in case though. 

B - protein coffee (24g & 120 cal)
S - 1/2 apple & cottage cheese (13g & 90 cal)
L - chili or protein bar (20g & 230 cal)
S - 1/2 apple & cheese stick (8g & 60 cal)
S - protein shake (35g & 170 cal)
D - no clue yet...

Protein: 100g w/o dinner (goal 100+)
Calories: 670 w/o dinner (goal 1000)

Vitamins: good to go
Water: will do better today than yesterday after coffee!! (96oz minimum)
Miles: 30 min on elliptical

Hi Roz - I wanted to tell you I also found the SF cherry pie filling in the generic brand at WalMart... haven't tried that one yet as I'm out of greek yogurt.  Mother Hubbard's cupboard is in my refrigerator....
Also - hit 124 for the 2nd day - lets see if we can keep it!


I knew there wasn't anything for lunch today, so I called my son at work (Subway) and had him deliver me lunch for today!

Good morning Roz! Thank goodness the storm wasnt really bad here!
Yesterday was crazy at work, but had 3 shakes and got in over 70g protein! Glad to be home today! Need to get a plan dinner  today.

S-frozen protein shake 30g  (also 1 crunchy sesame breadstick for the road)

S-greek yogurt cheescake w/ strawberries (no graham cracker crumbs) 10g

Hi Roz and everyone.
It is so good to be home, back at work and on my schedule.  We are having our fall festival at church tonight and I am working a game so supper is going to be late again.
Here's todays plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  3 oz hamburger patty, slice of onion, 1/2 cup green beans
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  ??Hamburger patty, green beans or if too late may have greek yogurt w/ sf/ff pudding & nsa Cherry pie filling

Totals including afternoon snack:
Calories: 531, carbs 14, fat 10, protein 94
Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None - I'm still sore from Monday & Tuesday!!
