What are you celebrating today???
Just feeling so good today and want to share, how about you?
Finally weigh less than my husband!
Can wear my original wedding band, but engagement ring still a little tight!
Bought a dress at walmart in the ladies section for 20 dollars no less! No more plus sizes here!
My yoga clothes are getting too big!
My pinched nerves in my neck are improving because my DDD's are down to a D!
Ran for 5 minutes on my treadmill! Never have done that before!
Havent had a break out in hives since surgery! (would get them something horrible and sporadically preop) Hope I didnt jinx it! LOL
What are YOU celebrating?
Dont let that metal monster (scale) rule your progress!!
Come on and lets cheer each other on, and give each other ideas to celebrate besides that scale.

My husband can actually pick me up without grunting and with ease
Can go buy anything really off the rack and know it fits.
My wedding band is way too big (wear it around my neck on necklace)
Can slide hoop bracelets on and off with ease
My confidence level has increased as my weight decreased.
AND...I am learning to stand up for myself.
Great job on your progress!!! Keep up the awesome work!!
Today I celebrate :
Making the best decision of my life, having my RNY, it has saved my life
At the Doctors office, the BP cuff is no longer the extra large one but the real small one
My wedding ring had to be sized from a size 8.5 to a 6
Walking on the treadmill for 45mins at an incline and a speed of 4miles/hour
Off all my diabetes meds, hbp meds and off the cpap machine to sleep at night
Being able to shop in normal stores
My size 8
Being on Maintenance
The scale doesn't rule my world
And love this site and my fellow LW's for all the knowledge and support we get from one another
Have a Happy Day everyone!
Celebrating my daughters and SIL 3rd wedding anniversary today, and thanking God for that precious Grand daughter they gave me!
The scale said 124 this morning. Yes, it holds me hostage, but I don't mind. It keeps me accountable.
Having fun with the new man in my life

Hey Jody-
Did you change something you've been doing to get the restriction back? I know sometimes our bodies and our pouches just kinda do their own thing. Just curious...taking all the advice I can get these days. lol.

I "partied hearty" too much last Saturday night and my pouch rebelled. I irritated it way more than I thought I could... and of course since I wasn't eating much because of it, it shrunk... also I've cut out almost all my processed carbs - that helps the hunger factor too. Now to get the head in line...
Hunger is coming back now, but still not eating a lot. Turned down donuts today! I know my sugar tolerating factor has gone up, I just don't want to know by how much and find out... as far as I'm concerned I still dump on more than 5-6g of sugar...
