Fitness Challenge - October 27

Gooooood morning!!!

I am achy from yesterday but feeling very accomplished and nothing that some tylenol won't fix. Oh yah, that is after I chase it down with some  which the DH just gave me. Isn't he a sweetie!!!

So, today is hump day...what are your fitness plans today? What would you like to try that you never have before? 

For me?? I am going to go back to the gym and do another cardio session on the elliptical. I am on a mission to find some compression garments for running and will do that this weekend. Thanks Valley!!! I would love to try Yoga. I have done pilates but not yoga. I would love to learn the whole sit and meditate for a bit stuff.

I've started doing the stairs at work.  15 floors up and down 4 x a day.  I've been doing this for a few days and my legs feel like jello!

I walked to work and will walk back home (do it everyday.) I'll power walk the dog up and down hills in my neighbourhood for 8 km and do 45 minutes on the elliptical.

Wow...stairs are awesome!! Jello legs are gooooood means they are getting stronger!!

I've become totally addicted to the stairs!  Think I'll do an extra set today.  :0)

I tried doing them sideways for a few flights to work out my inner thighs.  That was an experience!  LOL

Ok, you want another challenge....step up putting pressure on the stepping leg's heal and kick up the other leg behind (straight legged) and right when at the top of the kick...squeeze. These are not meant to go up the stairs fast...BUT...you can really work the muscles in the glutes and quads...

I may be going dancing tonight. 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Nice, Diana!  Getting that workout on the elliptical must've been a big hump for you - you made it to the other side!!!  Yay!!!

Today's my new ballet class.  I'm so nervous!  But who cares.  I'm a good dancer, d*mmit!!!  

Going to this class is a way for me to stop selling myself so short.  WHY NOT go to the best ballet schools???

Yes Mis*****hy....big hurdle. I wasn't as sore as I thought I would be.

That is awesome about the dancing and show them whatcha got sista twinkle toes!!! The stars baby...the stars!!!
