Pics, Pics and more Pics - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly...

Hi Everyone,

Ok, here you have it.  I am 2 lbs away from my original goal of 140 lbs.  I have lost a total of 88 lbs.  I am 5' 11.5" tall.  My BMI is now 19.5.  I am 16 mos out from surgery and I am 45 years old.
(Oh and I literally just crawled out of bed, so sorry if I still look sleepy ...)

Edited to add:  No I have not had any plastic surgery...

You look AMAZING!!!  NO LOOSE SKIN, or it looks like you have had plastic surg....I am so jealous!!!  Thanks for sharing...I love before and after pics.

Thanks so much!  I have worked long and hard for it, and I am lovin' it!!  I finally feel like I am basically done!

No I don't have a lot, the loose skin has absorbed so much more after I reached my goal.  For awhile there I was a bit worried and started looking into plastics for my arms and tummy... but they tightened up... got lucky there...

Don't be jealous, you are doing fantastic... just keep rockin' it!

That is actually my two Yorkie's, Tiki is 7 lbs and Sadi is 3 lbs... cute eh?

I think it is funny when two people or a person and their child get in their old pants, so it was a take on that... I have no children...

OMG - you look awesome!  You have a perfect looking body!  The areas you are pinching (thighs, arms) still look awesome!  And your tummy is just wonderful!

lol how is that for a word "Perfect"... I was critisized by some on the VSG board for wanting to go so low, I kept telling them I don't look too skinny, I am fine, I was aiming for my personal "perfect" and I think this is as close as I am going to get...  I am 7 lbs from being underweight, and I don't want to go there... so inspite of my few spots, that I want smaller, I am very very happy... I am pretty sure I would just get thinner overall if I kept going, I think the tummy and thighs are here to stay...  BTW, I took the pics in the morning when my tummy is flat, get some food and drink in there, and a bit of gravity, and later in the day it protrudes... oh well...

You look amazing!!! Congratulations! I wish my skin would have done what yours did. My arms look good, but the belly, boobs, and thighs are bad.

Take note, I am way further out than you are, it is amazing what our bodies can do.  Give it time... mine skin has shrunk back quite a bit over time, I feel very fortunate...

I was looking into plastics for arms and tummy many months ago... just you wait and see.

I hope mine does too, but my stomach has been shriveled and wrinkly looking since I had my first baby 11 years ago. I don't think it will change.
