Bummer about the hernia though, but atleast it can be repaired, and with you being in such good shape now, it should be a snap!

 Diana!  You've had so many challenges this year.  I'm delighted that you got such a great reception at the doctor's office and that they asked you to model.  How cool for your self esteem!  You go girl because you so deserve all these kudos

Kaiser doesn't parade us anywhere.  We go from 6 month check to 1 year check so I'm determined to get to goal by February.  Last week when i went to my Kaiser support group, I saw my case manager for the first time since pre-op.  She announced to the room how quickly the weight was coming off me.  I mumbled something about how slow I think it's going.  I just want it off off off!

Go out and get those shoes and get that outfit, then strut your stuff on the runway!  I'm so proud of you for doing so well and also for inspiring the rest of us!
