my workouts are always consistant
mon , wed , fri, are gym days 1 hr 30 min to 2 hrs a work out
30 min eliptical
30 min of express work out machines i do 3 sets of 15
20 min free weights 2 12.50 gpi and 1 15 gpi
15 min of running on treadmill
20 min of bike
tues, thurs, sat i do my wii fit
30 min of free running
3 sets of advanced step
2 sets of hula hoop lol
last sat i did a 5 k run 33 min 42 seconds wahooooo

Hi sunshine! Yah, the boy is still a thorn and I'm feeling the strain of the tear in the relationship bad. I think the gyn surgery took more out of me then I would have ever guessed. Made me feel fragile like I could break if I went back to my normal self. But today I am going ***** slap myself out of the funk and move on. Gotta break the mental barrier today!! 

I hope you and hubby can make it the Vegas...it's fun.

Hi Diana, isn't it crazy how life gets busy! No apologies necessary!

I took it easy last week. My next 12 weeks should consist of the following:

Sunday - Rest
Monday - Weights/Pilates
Tuesday - Interval runs
Wednesday - Longer runs
Thursday - Shorter runs
Friday - Weights/Pilates
Saturday - Longest runs

It will be good to have the post to keep me accountable!

I've been bad... been skipping my zumba (and gym) classes.  Saturday morning I had a better option  and yesterday I just wasn't feeling too good.  My pouch was real grumpy.  Its better today!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Sorry that the pouch was grumpy. That is never a good thing. Yup, today is a better day....and I too am just getting over the cooties that have been flying around. The youngest boy has bronchitis and the girls I sat with in a closed room doing this review stuff were all sick. Yup, I got it on Friday but I took dayquil gel caps, nyquil gel caps, and drowned myself in Vitamin C and drank lots of hot lemon water...poof...all good today.
