Posting late is ok with me. Sometimes I don't find time to read the posts until the next day. It depends how many and which grandchildren I happen to be watching that night. The 5 year old complains when I'm on the computer when she is here and the Almost 3 year old wants to be on the Sesame site when she comes.
I think a 1000 is a good number while you are still losing. If you decide you want to raise it up some I would add another protein drink not more food.

2 protein teas
malaysian meatlaof ( 2/3 ground eyeround 1/3 ground eye of pork all fat trimmed - turmeric and " coconut milk ( fatfree milk butter muds andcoconut extract ) as spices , green garlic and one small onion ( 2 cups green garlic) sauteed in pan - 2 cups sourdough bread crumbs - 2 organixc eggs - 1 teaspoon tom yum paste , mix it all up bake .. yummo .
serve with satay sauce , fatfree bearnaise sauce ( actually not very oriental tasting at all just good )
japanese yam with fatfree bearnaise
mustard pretzels ( largely fat free )
popcorn
one glass red wine
goa ginger poachedfish
yam /scallion / mushroom with fatfree american cheese
part offatfree rice crispy ( way too sweet )
