visiting my DD and her family this week then will bring the grandboys back home with me n thursday to spend the weekend...

L i slice deli ham and 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich
S almonds and atkins peanut bar
Dinner pasta sauce with meat
S protein shake as above
S cottage cheese and fresh pineapple

I know this weather is crazy here too. If you dress for the cool mornings, you burn up in the afternoons.
We got home this afternoon. I'm ready to get back to work and my schedule. Here is my crazy eating day:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee - after this I had 1/2 of my Mom's drop biscuit - I couldn't resist!!
S: Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L: Red Lobster - Grilled Shrimp, salad w/ red wine vineg. dressing. 1/2 biscuit
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: Pack of peanuts
D: 2.5 ozs hamburger patty, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
S: 2 cookies
Such a carby day... I don't have the totals
Vitamins: Done
Water: 80 ozs
Miles: Painted & finished cleaning this morning.

I'm reading your "carby" menu as I sit here eating a bowl of Oatmeal....LOL (which I haven't posted yet) It looks like you ate a lot of Protein to balance things out.

Hi Roz and fellow menu and miles posters! I am new to this so please add any suggestions, that is why I am posting here. I want to continue to lose and not sure what combo will make that happen with protein, exercise etc.
Roz, I am probably going to post late in the day when I have actually eaten so I know what I actually had so it will be most accurate.
B: 1% cottage cheese and fruit = 15 grams protein
L: Protein coffee = 38.5 grams protein
S: Chicken thigh meat = 8.5 grams protein
D: BBQ meatballs, hashbrowns = 23 grams protein
S: Protein shake = 25 grams protein
Miles: 30 minutes cardio
Vitamins: 1 batch left.
Water: 64 oz
Total is 110 grams protein and 1000 calories (my nut recommends more calories but I am full)
