Pre-Op Diet to Start Wednesday INSPIRATION NEEDED!

Hi all,

I wanted to follow up and post that the pre-op diet has not been as difficult as I thought it would've been.  I had a slip up my first day, and a couple vodka&waters over the weekends, but that's about it.

I haven't been hungry, and I feel like i have a lot more discipline.

I think using a MEAL REPLACEMENT protein shake helped me feel less hungry.  Sugar free popsicles have been such a special treat; they are going to be a new staple in my home!

Yayyy for making it through!  Yes, the meal replacement shakes are helpful before - much different than the protein after!

Congrats - and start that countdown!
