Menus and Miles Monday Oct. 25th
Hey Roz and LW's-
Better late than never right?? I'm super excited that I can respond to posts on my cell phone now, you never know when they're going to block OH at work. But it wouldn't have mattered much today anyway because it was just one of those busy Mondays.
I listen to everyone talk about having a grouchy pouch from time to time and I just don't ever really remember having those issues too much. Restriction is one thing. I know my limits even if I have pushed them a time or two. But a grouchy pouch, I'm just not sure about that. Anyway, today, OMG, grouchy pouch, stomach ache, call it what you want. Mine has hurt all day. It started at 6am this morning and now it is making gurgling noises and everything inside is running amuck like I was a newbie or something. The only thing that has made it feel better today is when I have drank my protein shakes. I hope tomorrow is better.
B-frozen protein shake 30g
S-frozen protein shake 30g
L-3 oz grilled chicken breast 20g (crunchy sesame breadstick at some point in the afternoon)
S-apple
D-1/2 cup chile (no beans) 1/4 c f/f cheddar cheese, 2 crunchy garlic flavored breadsticks 25g
S-apple (BIG MISTAKE-it's like War of the Worlds in my stomach right now)
S-??may have another shake to hopefully settle my stomach 30g

B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Fuzzy navel Protein Drink
L: Salad w/ ff Italian Dressing, slice of bologna
S: Lemon Tea protein Drink
D: Small Wendy's chili w/ cheese & 2 chicken nuggets
S: No snack - going to bed!
Totals:
Calories 800+, Protein 102 - I can't remember the rest and I'm too tired to get up and get my calorie counter!!
Vitamins: Missing 1 set of calcium - rest done
Miles: Painted and cleaned all day today at my parents rental house-I can hardly move now and I'm off to bed. We have to leave for home tomorrow after lunch so we really need to get up and try to help them finish in the morning.
