I was happy to be home for sure. Oh yeah, had my 6 week dr appointment on Friday before I left and everyone was very happy. He said I was ahead of the curve in losing and I am released to play with my ponies again. I'm now on 5 meals, 20-30g supplimental protein, 80g for a day.
