Good Monday Morning Everyone! I don't have much planned for meals today.  My DD finally closes on her property this morning and that will probably take up most of my lunch. I might have to resort to Crackers and Peanut Butter at my desk.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz!  I have a very grouchy pouch - had it yesterday too and the only thing that soothes it is dense protein - its always been like that.  Almost feels like I'm not taking my Prevacid.. I also don't have much of an eating plan today.  I almost feel like my restriction is like a newbies!  I guess that's good, huh? I've been wishing for it!!

B - 2 protein coffees
L - greek yogurt w/splenda, SF cheesecake pudding and some cocoa (I'll let you know how it is)

Ok - words of advice here.  Mix your Splenda (2 packets) and cocoa together with the yogurt BEFORE you put in the cheesecake filling... I put a little too much in and it was like dough.  I had put the cheesecake filling in THEN the Splenda and cocoa - NOT a good idea!!  Was very hard to mix then.

Its ok - not as good as the cherry cheesecake - but I'll try it again to see.  It took me an hour to eat it all...

S - small bag of chips
D - 2 egg omelet with ham and cheese

I guess take advantage of it! 

I did try the cocoa the other night and I didn't care for it either.  I have 2 cans of Apple Pie filling that I don't know what to do with.  It tastes terrible in the yogurt.

Good Morning Roz & LW's! Well, over the weekend I celebrated my ONE YEAR SURGERVERSARY! My experience has been a wonderful one and I hope it continues to be.  I have done (and keep doing) things I couldn't even imagine that I could do this whole year.  The highlight of it all is being able to do things with my 3 yr old daughter.  She was my motivation for having this surgery and continues to inspire me to try new things all the time.  She wants to ice skate this winter, and I am so looking forward to creating that memory right along side of her,  instead of jus****ching her!  To top it off, I went down a pound this weekend, when I've been holding a steady stall for weeks!  That was exciting too!

Happy Surgiversary!!!!   I'm so Excited for YOU!!!!!   I missed out on so much when my girls were growing up but God has given me another chance by Blessing me with Grandchildren.

We got to the bank only to find out the appt. was canceled and she was never called.  They are having trouble making the deed becaue it is a corner lot and and twp. and city have it listed under 2 different addresses.   She was so bummed!
