Hey Gina-

I thought of your darling DH this morning and his unfortunate fuzzy navel protein coffee debacle. lol.  I was making my morning protein shake, same ole, same ole...or so I thought until I took a drink.  I had made DH a frozen roadside lemonade/lemon pudding protein shake last night and instead of grabbing the butterscotch pudding to add to my chocolate protein, I grabbed the lemon pudding.  So the latest concoction is choc/lemon protein shake.  Guess what DH thinks it's delicious. lol.

I have a hard time with chips in the house too.  Usually if they are out of sight they don't bother me but once I see them I have to really work at controling myself.  I LOVE Snyder Honey Barbecue Chips.

The Ham and Beans should help with the Protein total.

I think that's great that you still have your Parents and they are well enough to go on a trip.  My Dad passed away when he was 46 and my Mom never remarried.

It looks like you at least got some Protein in.

I feel so blessed that both of my parents are still alive.

They work at church camps and things like that with S.O.W.E.R.S.  My dad really loves it, my mom just goes!!  I think it has helped keep them active since he retired.

I'll have to do better tomorrow with the food.

Revision on 03/18/15

Hey everybody,
I have had another revelation this week I think. I noticed my cals were going up a little more every day. Seemed like I just "needed" to eat but not in an emotional way,but my sleeve was fussing and I felt a little hungry mor often than in the past. It finaslly dawned on me that maybe it was stomach acid in the daytime making my sleeve tell me it needed something. I already take a Nexium at bedtime for night time reflux so I started an over the counter acid reducer on Friday in the mornings.

Eureka! I could actually tell a difference in my appetite by saturday. Today I have had virtually no messages from my sleeve and haven't felt hungry. In fact,I had to watch the clock to make sure I was eating regularly. My cals and carbs are returning to the totals they were previousle and I am once again not craving anything. I am very pleased with this turn of events!

B dr. Mercola miracle whey choc protein powder with unsweetened cocoa powder and Hoods calorie control milk
L scrambled egg and a little porkchop
S little piece of pork chop and beef jerky
S peanuts
Dinner roast in the crockpot
S protein coffee as above
S cottage cheese and frozen cherries

Cals 939
Pro124
Carbs 37.2
Fluids 96 oz
Vits all done except iron and won't get it cause I should have had it with the peanuts, lol
Exercise none
hope everyone has a great week. Beautiful week this past week in Tn but much needed rain tonight so can't complain...
