Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Well my hair has been falling out for a couple of months.  I have always had a ton of hair so....I have a ton to loose.....hair is everywhere....its just annoying to me...Then I banged the side of my ankle on the leg of a table at the library this week and ended up not able to walk....we were worried it could be a slight fracture ...SO.... my husband is starting to get concerned and he has been watching what I eat and don't eat and even paying attention to my vitamin consumption.  As an armature body builder, he made it his job to learn what a WLS post op needs to be doing....SO... I am in big trouble!!!!!

In addition to letting the work snack closet get the better of me (which he is really not totally aware of), I have not been focusing on getting in enough protein.  I felt like as long as I had my protein coffee for breakfast and yogurt for snack every thing  else was all good.  I have been running out the door in the morning and sometimes forgetting to take my vitamins....I have completely stopped taking my afternoon and evening doses....I keep thinking....I am not a RNY or DS so I do not have to be so careful....but I don't really want to have to discover the hard way that is not true...AND I do not want to make my husband worry...So I am going to get back to the basics!!!....planned protein snacks and carrying my vitamins with me...

I'm so glad you have come to this conclusion on your own even if one of the main reasons is that you don't want to worry your DH.

My scale is back to 170.  I've been going back and forth for a few days.  171, 170.4, 171.4, 171, 170.  Sheesh, I just want to see 169!!

No problem keeping warm here today.  Mid 70's.  It was a perfect fall day.  We even opened up the windows to air out the house.
