Cheryl, I wrote a reply earlier but I think my laptop pooped out.
I am always so impressed with your running. Someone in my WLS support group is training for a marathon and she talks about how much hungrier she is and how she has to fight off snacking.
I bet you can achieve your goal of 135 by the New Year!
Would you keep us informed about what you're learning from reading "Mindless Eating"?

what a fantastic idea !!!!!
i want to try and be as realistic as i can be with out setting myself up for failure. if i do more than so be it .... im going to shoot for 169 . which is to get into the 160's its only 12 pds to lose in nov and dec but i figured 6 pds a month i should be able to do i will change my signature as well ..... love u Leeeee

I'm in!
This morning I weighed my lowest thus far 163.5lbs. My first goal weight set was 150 and then at a later time when I was losing quickly my Nut set it at 132 or so. My goal is to reach 150 by the New Year.Thanks Lee for bringing up a tough subject for me, I know I need to move more and hold myself accountable at all times. Together we can all do it!!!

I see I need to sert the goals for myself, so here's what I'm thinking
1-Protein drinks 2-3 per day, then all the other protein from food will be a bonus
2- move at least 30-45 minutes 5 days per week. either gym (pool) or WI or one of my walking DVD's
3- not to get side-tracked with excuses, "weather" tough day at work,etc.
Thanks Lee-and I go to the consignment store just to try on the small sizes to see if I can get in them....LOL the things we do!!
