Hi LWs.

I'm sick. Soooooooooo sick.

I hoped and I prayed for dumping syndrome. Well, I got it.

This is dump #2. Both times were accidents. The first time I misread a label for some wasabi water that ended up having 19 g of sugar. (The label was crooked and I read the wrong amount!)

This time it was pulled pork with bbq sauce. The sauce must have too much sugar.

I've been sooooo good about avoiding sugar. Not tonight. And I'm paying the price.

I'll be better. I just hope it's soon.

Lord have mercy...

Hope you feel better really soon. I have found out tonight that I cant handle lettuce and uncooked carrots.... Been coming back up ever since I tried to eat it.

At least there's a little good news. I was down 5 lbs today (from Tuesday). I haven't seen that kind of loss since August. But I'll take it!

If only I could lift my head without feeling ill...
