What's the cure? What do you guys do? At times I wonder if I could impact the ozone layer on my own....

Any great thoughts about what works??

Thanks!!

For me I have found that regular milk is a big no no! Lactose free milk is the way.
I also use a probiotic that seems to help with the toxic nature of the gas.
Good luck and hope you get more tips to help you out!

I have also heard probiotics help or yogurt with active cultures.  I think this is a common problem for all of us now, LOL, even worse for me now that my gallbladder was taken out :(.

daily  probiotics  work big time .    Eating   VERY  FRESH  broccoli is  not  too gassy  .... broccoli  soup  thats sat overnite  will  clear a room  .....

but im very careful ( usually)  not to eat the cruciferous veggies   the morning of dates  lol ....or even 4 lunch  ;)  usually  ......

same thing with beans  ..beans from a can  are gassy  ..i dont find edamame  or vegan soybean products to be  so .

and yes  when i havent eaten milk  for a long time and then do .... watch out  world ...  ;)

it would be really  cool  if we could somehow  put a propeller on our butts  and  walk even fasteraround the city  with this extra  rocket fuel wouldnt it ?  LOL  !! And then we wouldnt have to smell it either !!

If it get too bad and probiotics don't work, I go on a round of Flagyl and then start back up with the probiotics after the round is over.

Wow, broccoli really brings on the gas in me!  Do probiotics come in pill form?  Also, does anyone take lactaid and does it help?  Oh!  I almost forgot....

BEANO-O WORKS WONDERS!!!   It comes in chewable pills and you eat 2 or 3 with your first bite of food.  Try it!

Primal Defense Ultra is one of the ones many of us DSrs find helpful--it's a capsule. I just recently added Lactaid because I seem to have developed a sensitivity to the 1/2 & 1/2 I use in my protein shakes. This has only been sense my girlie surgery and it only makes me a little gassy not the big D.
